Fulfillment Associate - Los Angeles, United States - CHAINZ

We are looking to hire a fulfillment associate to help us take our eCommerce Fine Jewelry brand to the next level.

Your goal in the position would be to keep the office in perfect standing, manage the inventory system, and make sure all orders are packed and shipped in a timely manner.

• Use Shipping software such as Shipstation or Shippo to print labels and daily pick lists
• Pick and package orders
• Problem solve complex shipping requests and manage filing claims with Shipping carriers
• Coordinate restocking of inventory with suppliers
• Regularly input new merchandise into inventory system
• Maintain organization of the office space and inventory system

• Available full time Monday-Friday 9am5pm Downtown Los Angeles Jewelry District
• 1+ Years relevant experience is a plus but not required
• Selfstarter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve problems
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must
• Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback
