Job Overview:
This position is based at Nikkiso ACD, LLC, located in Santa Ana, CA.

Salary Range:
$60,837 To $105,869 Per Year

Responsibilities:

The Accountant's responsibilities include various accounting tasks, including month-end close, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations, other general account reconciliations and financial reporting.

The role will also be responsible for providing cost analyses required by the Manager.

Assist with reviewing AP invoices from vendors, reconcile them with the PO, prepare and post AP entries into ERP, and make the proper filing.
Process and maintain Intercompany transactions and account reconciliations.
Assist with preparing and posting AR entries on cash receipts from customers.
Assist with preparing bank reconciliations and other balance sheet account reconciliations.
Assist with monitoring & analyzing price variances, investigating the root causes.
Assist with monthend closings, including financial reports required by Manager.
Assist with preparing sales tax and other related documents, performing the reconciliation.
Participate in physical inventory counts and reconcile and analyze inventory data.
Review and reconcile employee expense reports between Concur and company credit card statement and prepare and post the journal entries into ERP.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and JSox internal control requirements.
Assist with monthly financial reporting required by Nikkiso and various adhoc reporting requests.
Document processes and write working procedures.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Other tasks, research, and analysis as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting. or related field is required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel is necessary.
Practical accounting experience preferred.
Familiarity with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to conduct research and analysis.
Exposure to various ERP systems is preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP is preferred.
Previous conversion experience to new software.
Intermediate Excel competency is required.
Working knowledge of financial strategies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Ability to deliver quality results in a deadlinedriven environment.
Goal oriented and selfstarter.
Able to tabulate statistical data and compile necessary reports.
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills are required.
