About the job_
The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR team with activities including but not limited to entering data accurately into the HRIS tool, filing employee documents and ensuring compliance, supporting HR team members in talent acquisition, employee engagement and reporting._

- _Maintains employee files and ensures compliance with employee documentation._
- _Enters data into HRIS related to new hire information, rate changes, updates, etc._
- _Reports out to various departments as needed on a monthly, weekly or daily basis._
- _Supports HR team members with talent acquisition activities and tracking, training reporting and tracking, employee engagement activities, etc._
- _Answers or redirects employee questions to appropriate contact._
- _Updates HR Director as necessary._
- _Provides recommended improvements for process efficiency and effectiveness._
- _Other duties as assigned._

What you bring to the table:_

- _3-5 years of HR administrative experience_
- _Strong knowledge of supporting hourly workforce (1,000 employees or more)_
- _Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Microsoft Suite of products and HRIS systems_
- _Handles tasks and information with a high-level of confidentiality._
- _Prior experience working with large populations of an hourly workforce._
- _Highly organized, detail oriented and an efficient product style of_
