Now seeking a Bookkeeper with accounting knowledge to work for CEO and COO of a portfolio company, including Taco Nazo.

This position requires attention to details and organizational skills. You will be doing critical thinking, clerical work, and data entry/analysis.


Tasks include:

• Use Microsoft Office Suite, including a focus on but not limited to Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Use Quickbooks and reconcile accounts
• Gather data on sales, labor, etc. and turn into reports for review
• Organize/file paperwork

Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (including but not limited to Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Quickbooks and accounting proficiency
• Organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred

This is a Full-Time position, with benefits.
