Billing Manager. Responsible for maintaining and coordinating the service reporting and billing required by the State of Illinois for designated programs.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee service reporting and billing for all designated programs.
- Oversee and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Act as an agent of CCS in communication with funding representatives.
- Serve as the statewide agency liaison for all relevant contract matters.
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in accounting, A/R preferred.
- Managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience using Evolve software preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
