Your tasks
Invoice creation - external and internal billing
Processing of work records
Processing of credit notes and complaints
Processing of email correspondence
Creation of accruals within invoicing and handover to accounting
Resolution of accruals after monthly invoicing and handover to accounting
Order creation / maintenance of master data for customer orders and internal projects
Administrative tasks in the commercial department / general office work
Collaboration with accounting and contract management/sales
Communication via email, mail, telephone, and MS Teams (including meetings)

Your profile
Completed commercial training
Ideally, some professional experience in invoicing/invoice creation for IT services
Proficient in Outlook, especially MS Office
Willingness to familiarize oneself with new computer programs
Very good understanding of numbers and a
