Maintenance Technician I
Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make-readies, and A/C experience.

- HVAC Required
- Must have own tools
- Be Team Player
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write legibly and clearly. Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.
