Job Responsibilities

  • You will maintain, expand, and modernize our existing internal applications (Windows, Exchange, VMware servers) as well as our network and telephone system.
  • You will support our employees in their daily work (internal support) and in implementing new requirements.
  • You will work on the development of our company network - especially in terms of security, stability, and functionality.
  • You will assist our customers with questions about email configuration, hosting, domains, and other technical issues (technical customer support).
  • Together with our technical team, you will manage the hosting of our customers' CMS systems and web applications.

Qualifications

  • Completed training in the IT field, for example as an IT system electronics technician or IT specialist, or equivalent professional experience with a strong interest in IT.
  • Experience with server and domain administration and virtual environments.
  • Knowledge in the areas of hosting, domains, DNS, and email.
