    Description

    The Role

    You will serve as the leader of cybersecurity architecture for Entegris.

    You will partner with cross-functional teams across functions, external partners and business divisions. Your scope of work expands across all digital systems used in and with Entegris. You will help embed cybersecurity requirements in lifecycle of digital processes. You are a highly collaborative technical and business professional.

    You are responsible for working with multiple security regulations and requirements from multiple teams to drive standardized architecture, products and strategies that can be utilized across multiple environments.

    You will be a cyber security expert representing the organization both internally and externally with strategic suppliers, partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure the solutions implemented meet both current and future needs of the business & compliance.

    Your work will require deep expertise and an ability to work across multiple technical or functional domains.

    You will bring a strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in gaining cybersecurity requirements analysis and framing design principals.

    In this role you will:

    • Provide strategic direction and lead cybersecurity professionals in planning and designing security solutions and capabilities that empower the organization to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Serve as subject matter expert, provide architecture guidance across cybersecurity functional areas including; Network, Endpoints, Cloud, Identity & Access Management, Data Encryption & Protection, Logging, Application & APIs, Customer and Vendor B2B, Product Cybersecurity, Operational Threat/Manufacturing, IoT and AI/ML
    • Establish reference cybersecurity architectures and develop technical standards to provide guidance across business lines, functions, and IT on secure practices, aligned with industry frameworks and best practices that can be leveraged for scale
    • Define solution level cybersecurity architecture for project and work with functional and program team on reviews and conformance to cybersecurity standards
    • Deliver threat modeling with tangible outputs of risks and design recommendations of sensitive and complex programs and ecosystems - partnering with program, technology, and 3rd party teams
    • Familiarity with ICS/SCADA/OT environments and architecture, along with industry-relevant standards and regulations such IEC 62442, NIST CSF, ISO 27001
    • Evaluate cybersecurity risks in current state controls and assist management in documenting recommendations to close gaps in data protection and security
    • Gain an understanding of our current state and target state architecture to define a strategy for our technical direction around cybersecurity
    • Work with our functions and business line organizations to develop secure business requirements, develop the cybersecurity architecture and integrate into our longer term platform strategy.
    • Introduce best practices and principles to enable consistent delivery and enable alignment with long-term direction
    • Define KPIs and metrics for sustainability of cybersecurity in architecture elements
    • Work directly with project development teams to enable successful project implementation applying the recommended cybersecurity tools, technologies and techniques. Provide expertise to project team engineers as needed.
    • Lead a direct team and mentor other team members.
    • Champion and advocate of cybersecurity broadly; foster adoption of best practices across the business identifying and drive process improvements.
    • Facilitate communication with cross-functional groups.
    • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development, solution implementation and/or operational support activities across multiple teams or complex scenarios.
    • Conduct proof of concept activities with key business users in support of advanced use cases.
    • Represent company in external forums with partners and vendors
