Overview:
Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare Preliminary and Final Declarations of Disclosure
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Organize and Conduct Discovery Prcess
- Support attorneys during trial preparation and court appearances
Requirements:
- Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and principles
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and organizational skills
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis or similar legal research tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
