Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d)

What you can expect
| Analysis of customer expectations as well as the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors (benchmarking)
| Analysis of production processes and the resulting calculation methods
| Conducting contract and price negotiations
| Design and maintenance of framework agreements
| Responsibility for purchasing categories such as purchased parts, such as bearings, bearing housings, wheel discs, wheel tires, auxiliary and operating materials
| Continuous market observation and development of alternative international procurement sources with best cost suppliers
| Development of category-specific purchasing strategies and implementation of cost-saving potentials
| Active strategic supplier management (supplier evaluation/development) including evaluations and reporting
| Further development and optimization of processes using SAP MM

What you bring
| Completed (technical) training or university degree and professional experience in strategic purchasing
| Comprehensive knowledge of procurement and contract law (BGB, HGB, VOB)
| Very good knowledge of SAP/R3 MM and confident handling of MS Office
| Negotiation skills,
