    Achieve Pediatric Therapy, located in Orlando, FL, has been providing compassionate and individualized care to children and families in central Florida since 2007. Our mission is to empower children and enhance lives through our collaborative approach to therapy. We offer a variety of resources and multi-disciplinary services, including occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech therapy (ST), behavior therapy (ABA), and music therapy (MT). Our focus is on family-centered services and interventions that enhance motor skills, behavior, and development.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. As a Pediatric OT, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children, including sensory integration, early intervention, and working with children ages birth-21 years. You will collaborate with our team of therapists and partners to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and monitor progress. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with children and their families.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in sensory integration, occupational therapy, and pediatrics
    • Knowledge of early intervention strategies
    • Experience working with children of all ages
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
    • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
