Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies for the sales management team in Landingville
  • Collaborate with regional management to establish effective strategies for generating sales and achieving corporate objectives
  • Manage all aspects of the regional business and optimize marketing resources to drive sales results
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to ensure effective sales efforts
  • Maintain high-level customer contacts to secure and retain customers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
  • 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry with a focus on sales and/or marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in field sales
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
