Overview:


The Corporate FP&A team at Revvity is seeking a Principal Finance Transformation Analyst responsible for Finance Transformation to join their dynamic and global team.

After multiple acquisitions and a significant divestiture, Revvity is transforming its organizational structure, integrating acquisitions, and implementing new digital infrastructure.

The Principal Finance Transformation Analyst will be in a highly visible position and responsible for supporting the Digital Finance Leader, the finance leadership team, and the Corporate FP&A team with coordinating and executing strategic transformation initiatives.


This is a hybrid opportunity with a Tuesday - Thursday on-site work schedule based at our headquarters in Waltham, MA.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Digital Finance Leader to develop and implement digital finance roadmap to upgrade existing SAP ECC ERP to S/4HANA and replace Oracle Hyperion and SAP Business Objects with SAP Central Finance.
  • Collaborate with finance leadership and FP&A to develop future state organizational and metadata structure across financial systems (SAP, Oracle Hyperion) and HR system (Workday) to enable reorganization and integration initiatives. Ensure Day1 readiness of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Thought leadership on improving process efficiency through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics.
  • Project manage finance transformation initiatives with Enterprise Operations team including coordination of regular updates with senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in corporate finance for a multinational, matrixed organization, OR
  • Master's degree in business management, accounting or finance with 3+ years' experience in finance

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree.
  • Robust project management skills. Allocates time and resources efficiently, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Accountable for meeting challenging deadlines with speed and quality.
  • Strategic thinker with strong bias for action while considering potential outcomes from multiple angles. Always driving towards simplification and transparency.
  • Competitive team player that is a selfmotivated, highenergy individual. Desire to win and drive towards outsized performance. Able to lead at all levels of the organization (Executives, peers, and team members).
  • Comfortable working with senior management. Builds constructive, effective relationships and able to influence peers and executive management.
  • Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing. Produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
  • Advanced level of experience using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Excel macros, Power BI, Alteryx and/or similar data analysis/visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Workday and/or similar systems is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multicurrency, and international company is a plus.
  • Experiences in Life Science, Diagnostics, or similar industries is a plus.
