Front Desk Agent - Santa Clara, United States - Expedite Technology Solutions
Description
They will not be answering or making phone calls, but greeting people checking them in and getting them where they need to go- Provides support for reception and guest services, mail services, phone, meeting rooms and location services.
- Greets and announces clients, applicants and visitors.
- Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms.
- Coordinates setup of conference/meetings rooms.
- Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office faxes, packages and mail as required.
- Maintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms café and other common areas.
- Arranges equipment service as needed.
- May arrange convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.
Job Type:
Temp-to-hire
Pay:
$ $22.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Front desk: 2 years (required)
