Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Die Cut Operator to join our team. As a Die Cut Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products. Located in Kearny Mesa, we have full-time, entry-level positions available. We offer a clean, fully air-conditioned facility with great benefits and friendly co-workers.

Our vision is to maintain our presence as a leader in the In-Mold Decoration (IMD) market and extend our custom manufacturing services beyond our existing lines of products.
Available Shifts:
- First shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm (Monday-Friday)
Duties:
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify product specifications are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, General Education Certification (GED), or equivalent.
- Must pass and maintain training certifications, as required.
- Team player who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and strives for excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Understanding of press processes and quality control standards
