DENTAL RECEPTIONIST
SAN DIEGO CARMEL VALLEY AREA

Looking for a fun, energetic, outgoing, patient-oriented person with pediatric dental reception experience to serve as my Front Office Receptionist and Coordinator.

We are a fun, pediatric/orthodontic office located in the Carmel Valley area. We focus on patient care and are very TLC in our approach. This office does several specialized procedures that help enrich our patients' lives. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to help enhance our existing team.


Requirements:

• Answering phone calls and scheduling
• Insurance verification/credentialing
• Insurance billing and management
• Accounting
• Payment collections
• Appointment confirmations
• Team oriented and positive working attitude
• Treatment coordinating and care (pediatric dentistry and orthodontics)
• Strong social skills, a very clear phone voice and a professional appearance

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 years dental experience

Highly competitive salary, benefits, and bonus plan (based on experience).
