About The Opportunity:
- We're seeking a Temporary HR Compliance Specialist to partner with our HR compliance team on a few shortterm projects. This temporary position will last approximately 36 months for between 2040 hours a week, starting as soon as possible. The majority of the work will be done at our office space in NYC, requiring regular travel there over the 36 month period.

- Ability to work independently: You enjoy working independently while being an integral part of a greater HR team that is both on-site and remote.-

- Compliance knowledge: You know the ins and outs of the HR back-office, including employee record keeping.-
- Problem solving skills: Complex challenges don't deter you; you thrive on finding solutions.-
- Strong collaboration skills: You're approachable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills. You raise your hand when you have a question or need help.-
- Workday Expertise: You know how to navigate Workday HCM.-
- The ability to be able to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate storage spaces.-
