About The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Temporary HR Compliance Specialist to partner with our HR compliance team on a few shortterm projects. This temporary position will last approximately 36 months for between 2040 hours a week, starting as soon as possible. The majority of the work will be done at our office space in NYC, requiring regular travel there over the 36 month period.

Ability to work independently: You enjoy working independently while being an integral part of a greater HR team that is both on-site and remote.-

Compliance knowledge: You know the ins and outs of the HR back-office, including employee record keeping.-
Problem solving skills: Complex challenges don't deter you; you thrive on finding solutions.-
Strong collaboration skills: You're approachable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills. You raise your hand when you have a question or need help.-
Workday Expertise: You know how to navigate Workday HCM.-
The ability to be able to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate storage spaces.-
