IT Junior Project Manager

Hybrid - Local to Chicago / long term contract

Are you skilled at orchestrating various initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and functions, thriving in collaborative, complex environments? Do you boast a background in enterprise IT deployments and integrations? If yes, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you As our consultant, you'll spearhead the coordination of project deployments and IT endeavors across global markets.

You'll also craft and deliver project communications and act as the first point of escalation for support needs.

You orchestrate and provide updates on both Agile and traditional waterfall IT projects.
You possess project management expertise encompassing issue and risk management, planning, prioritization, facilitating resolutions, and comprehensive reporting.
You exude confidence and provide clear responses as the primary escalation point for stakeholders.
You maintain relentless focus on the desired outcomes for your projects.
You strive to anticipate, avoid, and resolve issues and deliver on schedule.
You lead continuous project reviews covering scope, resources, schedule, budget, and quality.
You craft and deliver succinct and persuasive leadership presentations.
You carefully assess how your projects affect the organization and integrate these considerations into your team's plans.

The Expertise You Have

Over 3 years of project management experience within an Enterprise IT setting.
Adept at fostering cohesive, efficient, and productive teams through effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in managing small to mediumsized projects.
Adept at efficiently managing multiple parallel efforts and consistently delivering highquality deliverables on schedule.
Bachelor's degree required.
