- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the biotech or life sciences industry.
- Strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
