- BSCE (Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering) degree from an accredited university.
- The candidate must have a strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and external client personnel.
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without the need for work sponsorship.
- Minimum 3.0 Grade Point Average (GPA)
- Ideal coursework includes structural analysis, concrete design, steel design, soil mechanics, foundation design, and surveying.
- Structural analysis design software experience is a plus.
- Previous engineering design or drafting work experience, especially if related to civil and/or structural engineering, is desirable.
- Engineer In Training certificate (EIT) or passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.

Renewables Entry-Level Civil/Structural EngineerPOWER Engineers is seeking an Entry-Level Substation Civil/Structural Engineer to work in the Power Delivery Renewables Department reporting to our Salt Lake City, Utah office. Employee will need to live within driving distance of an established POWER office (this enables training and mentorship).
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of civil design for renewable projects including collector substation and transmission line structural and foundation design, permitting, site work, and support of physical design and equipment layout. Occasional travel will be required.
