- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial doors, gates, and dock equipment following company procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer relations during service calls
- Perform any other assigned tasks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a construction trade
- Familiarity with safety regulations and adherence to protocols
- Coachable attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
- Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physically capable of lifting 70 lbs and bending repeatedly
