Are you the Manufacturing Engineer we're looking for?

To excel in the role of Manufacturing Engineer at FNA Group, you'll need a background in Automation Technology with experience as a Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and familiarity with industry-standard equipment are essential. Your knowledge of safety protocols, quality control measures, and manufacturing processes will be key to success in this dynamic role. Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with peers and driving projects forward. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Proven working experience as a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer specializing in Automation Technology.
1-3 yrs. experience in PLC troubleshooting.
Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and manufacturing processes.
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
