Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative at Ray Catena BMW of Westchester will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.

This individual will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.

This full-time, hourly position in the auto industry is located in White Plains, New York and is an individual contributor role.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $19 per hour and is paid on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers, both inperson and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance
Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Utilize company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service
Stay uptodate on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Shifts Needed:

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45am 4pm
Monday through Thursday 9am to 6pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45am 4pm

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
Proven ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evenings, as needed
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
Background check and drug testing is required. Marijuana is not a disqualifier._
