Your Responsibilities:
- You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership and further development of the current team of 13 employees
- You will be responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of projects in the field of software development for WLAN components
- You will also be responsible for creating roadmaps in coordination and alignment with other teams in the development department
- You will develop solutions that are tailored to the specific technical and personnel challenges in your area
- You will provide technical support to the team for development tasks such as system-level programming for Linux-embedded platforms
- You will communicate with our chipset suppliers and represent our development values to our partners and suppliers
- You will also keep an eye on the interaction of FRITZ products in the mesh context and expand them
- In the team, you will work with the latest technologies in the field of WLAN/mesh and apply them to FRITZ products
