Description

Marin Modern Dentistry is looking for a strong professional who loves to engage and deliver top-notch customer service to our fast paced office in Mill Valley.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 years' experience in dental treatment planning.

Our Treatment Coordinator responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Answering phones and following up with text messages
Managing the Doctor and Hygiene schedule
Making appointments
Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients
Check and update insurance benefits
Accurately process payments
Submit Pre-Authorizations for Invisalign
Proficient in Curve is a plus
Outstanding Customer Service
