- Help navigate and support all new headquarter moving efforts
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when needed
- Overseeing the inbound/outbound delivery of all packages
- Assist with in-house printing when necessary
- Answer incoming calls and directing to the appropriate department
- Sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail
- Assist with moving boxes and light inter office moves
- Assist in covering reception for the Welcome Center
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a drug and background check
- Lift up to 15lbs

H&P is hiring a temporary office services coordinator to assist with our move from Boulder Towers to our new office in Downtown Tulsa.
