    Join our team as we revolutionize the operations of high-tech companies! Principal Service Solutions, a top technical workforce provider, is seeking Entry Level and Experienced Field Service Engineers to work on semiconductor equipment in manufacturing fabs. Travel expenses covered, but be ready for 6 to 8 weeks away. Flexibility with shifts and open to 80% to 100% domestic or international travel.

    Looking for detail-oriented individuals with technical experience and mechanical aptitude. Enjoy on-the-job training and a career with endless growth opportunities.

    This full-time position comes with benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

    Pay Rate: $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr DOE

    • On-site service and repair of semiconductor equipment
    • Troubleshooting equipment problems
    • Maintaining records and reports
    • Coordinating activities to minimize downtime
    • Ordering and installing parts
    • Responding to emergency calls
    • Instructing customer technicians
    • Performing equipment upgrades and modifications
    • Maintaining company property
    • Adhering to conduct standards

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

    • No previous experience required
    • Mechanical aptitude and tool usage skills
    • Understanding of technical maintenance and repair
    • Open to 100% travel
    • Flexible with shifts and extended travel
    • Valid driver's license
    • Excellent customer interface skills

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job duties in confined, high, and cleanroom areas
    • Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and lifting up to 35 pounds
    • May require bending, climbing, or using safety equipment

    Educational Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required
    • Associates degree in electronics or engineering preferred
