What you bring- You are an engineer in technical building services, energy and heat technology, or have a comparable qualification with a focus or work experience in the field of building technical systems, but also welcome entry-level candidates
- You have a class B driver's license
- You are proficient in the German language and familiar with office applications and tasks
- You are interested in understanding the existing technology and familiarizing yourself with the processes commonly used in power plant operations
- You are reliable in terms of the requirements for work, health, and environmental protection and support all measures for the operational safety of technical systems
- You will become part of our team for building technology and work closely with other engineers and colleagues from the workshop
- You organize and document the execution of repair and maintenance work on technical systems (sanitary, heating, ventilation, cooling) in KMW buildings
- You supervise external specialist companies for maintenance and maintenance measures as well as external TGA planning partners for construction and conversion measures
- You always keep an eye on the current relevant regulations and recognized rules of technology
