Job Summary:
Assesses and provides nursing care services to residents to meet spiritual, physical, emotional, and social needs consistent with the plan of care, LindenGrove Standards of Nursing Practice and all applicable regulations/codes/policies/procedures.
Responds in emergency situations to assure resident safety and security. Responsible for supervision of unit staff.Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school and currently licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Wisconsin or eligible for licensure.
Recent experience with geriatric/restorative/rehabilitation nursing preferred. Must have the ability to understand and comply with geriatric and restorative nursing principles and knowledge of State and Federal regulations/guidelines affecting long term care and rehabilitationWe are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
