Job Description Your Career**In this role within the Campaign Center of Excellence (COE) team, you will be responsible for supporting the global campaign team supporting the execution of the strategy and plan, orchestrating with the regional teams, developing campaign components, and supporting programs that will generate pipeline to capture, nurture and close new business and expand opportunities within existing accounts.


We are looking for a results-driven, flexible and creative tech industry demand-gen professional who is excellent in collaboration, communication and organization to manage programs from end to end.

B2B, cyber security, and services campaign experience is a bonus.


Your Impact

  • Collaborate with the product and content marketing organizations to develop campaign themes that support the product messaging to reach the audience segments your campaign targets
  • Align programs for target personas and segments to develop concepts and campaign deliverables and additional programs working closely with internal or external agencies.
  • Support the development of program mix, content plan, global campaign calendar, and required resources to execute the campaign
  • Build and execute campaigns based on a plan to meet pipeline and business objectives.
  • Incorporate a holistic view of digital programs including display, SEO, SEM, organic social, syndication, editorial, and creation of inbound web experiences.
  • Program manage campaigns through the production process with shared services and agencies ensuring timelines are being met.
  • Support activation of digital marketing campaigns including design, build, preparation, execution, and evaluation with our paid media team.
  • Collaborate with data and operations teams to monitor results and mixshift campaign execution, from messaging to audience targeting, based on progress against goals.
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe to deliver integrated demand.
  • Coordinate with the corporate communications and social marketing teams to time campaigns appropriately for effective gotomarket launches.
  • Work directly with sales enablement, product marketing, content marketing, channel, and field marketing to ensure campaign tactics are supporting or exceeding goals.
  • Continually track, measure and report on campaign KPIs, conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of all marketing programs and optimize campaign efforts accordingly.
  • Regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables, and schedules.

Qualifications Your Experience**- 3+ years of demand gen campaign experience and/or marketing program management experience.

  • Experience building global integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B technology company.
  • Experience developing product and industry marketing programs for a B2B technology company.
  • Highenergy selfstarter with a cando attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a hypergrowth environment, while setting strategy and getting down in the weeds to get the job done.
  • Experience with digital strategy including paid media, adtech, webinars, landing pages, nurture, etc.
  • Ability to write promotional content eDMs/DMs, landing pages, ads, social media posts, etc.
  • Handson experience with marketing automation and program collaboration tools: SFDC, Marketo, Asana, GSuite, PathFactory, Demandbase, Drift etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
