CarePro Job Description:

• Provide compassionate care to senior clients
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Follow comprehensive, ongoing online training program
• Receive nursing supervision for support
• Available for day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation required for ontheroad work
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Applicant Requirements:

• Two to three professional references
• Completion of CHC employment process, including state/national background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Experience with dementia behaviors strongly recommended
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
