About the role:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing a safe, lean and productive warehouse operation. Area of responsibility includes receiving, put away, warehouse organization/utilization, pick and delivery to the line. Building team culture of continuous improvement, active coaching, support and management of team members are top priorities.

What you will do:

Provide one on one coaching to all team members to assure team members are engaged, production and successful in their positions. Set individual goals with each team member and support them with achievement of those goals.
Assure team members have all the tools needed to do their job effectively. Provide reporting and data required to manage warehouse utilization. Strictly and efficiently manage usage of material handling equipment within operations.
Support accurate receiving dock process and inventory transaction integrity. Run effective audits of receiving and warehouse transactions to eliminate inventory discrepancies.
Support FTZ procedures, as well as OS&D and other corporate processes & programs

When & Where:

Based in Houston Office

What you need to have:

35 years job or industry related experience
2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
Strong leadership and coaching experience
Proficiency in generating reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel

What would be nice to have:

Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Degree
