The Schwarz Corporate Communications department consists of the areas of communication, public affairs, brand management, and corporate responsibility. The "Strategy and Projects" department is responsible for strategy and organizational development, as well as the corresponding operational implementation, professional project management, and trend scouting. We work closely with other departments within the Schwarz Group to achieve our goals. If you are interested in developing our department and bringing your expertise and ideas to the table, we should get to know each other

What to expect

  • Based on our strategic areas of action, you will lead projects and develop corresponding project plans, including defining project goals, tasks, outcomes, and timelines
  • You will independently create target group-based concepts
  • You will actively monitor project progress and identify potential challenges
  • You will be responsible for preparing and presenting project reports, including status updates, risks, and recommendations to upper management
  • Together with the team, you will drive standardization, efficiency, and change management projects for the entire department
  • As a reliable interface, you will coordinate, orchestrate, and independently implement and optimize various projects
  • You will design event formats for different target groups and implement them both in terms of content and organization
  • You will manage and coordinate external agencies and service providers
