My Responsibilities

  • You will support and advise employees and managers on all personnel and labor law issues
  • You will handle the operational personnel management from hiring to termination of an employee
  • You are responsible for the execution and assurance of monthly payroll, including time management
  • You are in charge of the recruitment process
  • You support the optimization and further development of HR processes and structures
  • You oversee apprentices
  • You work with the works council

My Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with additional qualification in personnel management or a comparable qualification
  • You have professional experience in human resources
  • You have good knowledge in payroll
  • Strong team player
  • Willingness to travel for business trips (e.g. trade fairs)
  • Responsible and reliable work ethic

Salary Information

  • The annual salary for this position is approximately €49,000 gross per year (based on fulltime: 40 hours/week). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible. We look forward to your application
