WHAT TO EXPECT WITH US?

As a Junior Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) in the automotive industry, you will act as a liaison between the development team and departments/stakeholders (in German and English).

You will support the development, integration, and optimization of complex technical systems and functions.
In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you will create system requirements and specifications.
You will analyze and determine stakeholder requirements, for example through interviews and workshops.
You will be responsible for capturing, reviewing, and consolidating requirements, as well as describing and supporting the modeling of processes and structures.
You will support the maintenance and creation of requirement documentation (functional and technical specifications), as well as user stories and identification of improvement potentials.
