    Guardian Group Benefits Senior Sales Representative

    Are you ready to take on the role of a Group Benefits Sales Rep at Guardian? We are looking for someone to build strong relationships with brokers and plan holders to boost sales and retention in the market.
    As a Sr. Sales Rep, your success will hinge on your ability to drive production through broker development and internal relationships within the 100-1,999 market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Market and sell Guardian's Group Benefits portfolio products to brokers
    • Support broker and client relationships for sales and retention
    • Understand territory dynamics and maintain broker relationships
    • Exceed sales production expectations
    • Collaborate with teams to analyze market trends
    • Act as a market leader and identify process improvements
    • Obtain industry licensing and stay updated on product knowledge

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 6 years of group insurance sales experience
    • Knowledge of industry products and processes

    Soft Skills:

    • Team player with strong rapport-building skills
    • Sound judgement and integrity in a fast-paced environment
    • Confident, positive, and proactive attitude
    • Accountable and committed

    Location and Travel:

    • Up to 60% travel within the territory
    • Based in Newport Beach, CA with hybrid work

    Salary:
    $40,000

    The salary is an estimated base pay and may include additional incentives.
