Tasks:

Timely processing of orders
Written documentation of work
Production of POS hardware products
Communication with customers and suppliers
Covering for colleagues during vacation
Warehouse management of EG / POS accessories
Processing / testing of returns
Monitoring deadlines for cost estimates
Incoming / outgoing technical goods
Invoicing for repairs

Requirements:

Completed training as an IT system electronics technician or equivalent, or relevant professional experience
Interest in technical products
Reliability and accuracy
Enjoyment of working with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and business partners
Communication skills and customer orientation
A healthy level of curiosity and thirst for knowledge
