    About the Role

    As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Check prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and physician instructions.
    • Identify and resolve prescribing, formulary, and therapeutic issues, collaborating proactively with healthcare providers to recommend formulary substitutions when deemed appropriate.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
    • Provide prospective drug utilization review (DUR) to maintain high quality assurance practices
    • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and medication-related questions.
    • Meet pharmacy services service levels agreements (SLAs) and accuracy/quality targets.
    Requirements


    • A valid Minnesota pharmacist license in good standing required
    • 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, retail pharmacy setting is preferred
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • You have a strong passion for helping people and delivering exceptional patient care outcomes and can work flexible pharmacy hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
