    Pharmacist Position at Jushi Holdings Inc.

    Your Responsibilities Include:

    • Exemplifying exceptional service, dedication, pace, and energy as a role model
    • Mentoring, motivating, and inspiring managers and store staff through continuous training on compliance, products, and best practices
    • Promoting a culture of positivity, professionalism, and compliance within the company
    • Conducting thorough consultations and follow-ups, ensuring patients and caregivers receive accurate and caring information
    • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, state regulations, and safety guidelines
    • Providing guidance on cannabis recommendations to patients and employees
    • Identifying and implementing process enhancements to support company growth
    • Addressing and resolving employee or customer concerns effectively and professionally
    • Collaborating with managerial personnel for issue resolution and reporting
    • Assisting in the training of new Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians

    Requirements:

    • Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration as a medical professional
    • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check
    • Strong team management and communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Strict adherence to compliance and regulations
    • Excellent oral and written communication abilities
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
    • Proficiency in MS Office and navigating multiple software platforms
    • Knowledge of the cannabis industry
    • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends
