At our locations in Coesfeld and Dülmen, we offer 300 modernly equipped training positions for nursing professionals. We also offer professional development and further education for nursing staff.

We are currently seeking a

DIRECTOR OF A NURSING SCHOOL (M/F/D)

Full-time, permanent

Your responsibilities:

Responsible management of the school location with 9 teachers and 6 training courses
Planning and implementation of pedagogical, organizational, and personnel processes
Further development of the generalist nursing education
Coresponsibility for the strategic development of the carecampus Nursing Academy
Collaboration with cooperation partners and other stakeholders
Participation in committees and working groups
Shared leadership responsibility for the Nursing Academy in the management team

Your profile:

University degree in (nursing) education (Master) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in education and ideally first experiences in staff management or leadership of an educational institution
Interest in new and innovative topics and in the development of the care
