• Conduct retail and outside sales activities to promote and sell vehicles
• Utilize cold calling techniques to generate leads and reach out to potential customers
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Assist with inventory control and management of vehicle stock
• Collaborate with sales management to meet sales targets and objectives
• Support the sales team by providing market insights and competitive analysis
• Provide sales support by assisting customers with financing options and paperwork

• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Excellent upselling abilities to maximize revenue potential
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building longterm relationships
• Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and procedures
• Previous experience in sales management is advantageous, but not required
• Proficient in using sales support tools and software
