    Job Overview

    As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding and enhancing the iCIMS Partner ISV Ecosystem. Partnering closely with the iCIMS Product and Partner Teams, you will play a key role in onboarding new Partners into our innovative Partner Programs, as well as facilitating the integration of existing Partners' technology offerings. Your focus will be on driving the success and retention of Partners within these Programs.

    This position is ideal for candidates with a background in technical account management, channel sales, or partner management, coupled with a solid grasp of B2B/channel sales, account management, API integrations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    Drive Partner Sales Through New Program Offerings:

    • Lead the strategy to recruit and acquire new Partners while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Assist existing Partners in developing innovative iCIMS integration offerings.
    • Maintain an active pipeline to not just meet but exceed sales targets.

    Drive Partner Success and Integration Adoption:

    • Provide strategic insights to partners that promote growth and successful joint solutions.
    • Work alongside Partner Marketing to create effective enablement materials for both internal and external audiences.
    • Collaborate with iCIMS development teams to stay updated on product roadmaps, collecting feedback and innovative ideas from the partner ecosystem.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with iCIMS Partner and Product teams to identify new monetization opportunities and enhance partner referral business.
    • Collaborate with Partner Operations to track essential KPIs meticulously.
    • Engage with Partner Marketing to develop impactful nurture campaigns for our Partners.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical account management, channel sales, or partner management.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with confidence in public engagements.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience using Salesforce or similar sales management tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with technology, SaaS, or ecosystem-based partnerships.
    • Experience supporting sales or alliance teams within a revenue-oriented environment.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. We will review applications as they are submitted, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.

    The anticipated base salary for this role is between $90,000 and $120,000. Additional compensation includes a target bonus of 25% of base pay, based on performance. Final salary will depend on various factors including experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data.
