Project Manager: Pool Construction - Austin, United States - PAX Pools, LLC

Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team This individual must have at least three years of experience in the construction of pools, be familiar with the project process from start to finish and, preferably, have relationships with local subcontractors.

This position requires some field work, so individual must be comfortable performing some construction tasks.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage new pool construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve any projectrelated challenges or conflicts
• Communicate project updates and progress to clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
