    Description

    Our client, a global toy manufacturer and entertainment company, is actively looking for a Senior Finance Associate to join their team in El Segundo, CA This role is onsite hybrid so local candidates are required.

    ***This is a 3 month initial contract position***

    This Senior Finance Associate will be on the company's US Sales Finance team and will be a key member of the customer business group, demonstrating ownership of the business as well as managing all financial aspects of the company's relationship with the nationa's largest retailers

    Responsiblities

    • Manage Trade Spend process, providing research and documentation to facilitate the deduction process
    • Maintain monthly Accounts Receivable goals
    • Research audit claims for validity
    • Maintain and track trade spend against forecast
    • Contribute to Month and Quarter close processes, providing analysis and reconciliation necessary
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales Directors, FP&A, Accounting, Controller, and Marketing

    Required Skills & Experience

    • BA/BS in Finance (preferred)
    • 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods company & commercial experience
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency required)
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
