Concierge Job Summary:


  • Responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of the property, answering a multiline telephone and providing clerical support to the administrative staff
  • Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel. Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment
  • Answers telephones, record and channel information
  • Displays knowledge of the services and programs and other pertinent information regarding the property

Concierge Schedules & Pay Rate:


  • FT: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am4:30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break during the shift)
  • PT Evening: 17.5 or 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 4:30pm8:00pm or 8:30pm
  • PT Weekends: 22 or 24 hours per week, Saturday-Sunday, 8am8:00pm or 9:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break during the shift)
  • PRN: As needed
- $16.40 per hour


Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to read, write and understand English, and be able to follow written or oral instructions
  • Able to make independent decisions when the circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations
  • Able to deal professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
