Job Description:


Your Responsibilities:


  • Global procurement of all components and assemblies for our systems, as well as services, taking into account cost, quality, and service
  • Creation and analysis of price inquiries
  • Supplier management, including planning and implementation of global supplier selection
  • Conducting purchasing negotiations and concluding individual and framework agreements
  • Participation in the development of purchasing strategies
  • Collaboration with all internal departments
  • Reporting to the supervisor
  • Professional leadership of the "Purchasing" team as "Team Lead" with approximately 5 to 8 strategic purchasers

Your Profile:


  • Purchaser with team responsibility (purchaser with "ambitions"), deputy purchasing manager, industrial engineer, or technical business administrator (m/f/d) with professional experience in purchasing in the fields of mechanical or plant engineering
  • Very good MS Office and MS Project skills, as well as a secure handling of PPS systems and SAP R/3 desirable
  • Negotiation skills, teamwork, organizational skills, initiative, structured work approach, and personal responsibility
  • Willingness to travel for business trips, including abroad
  • Very good, specialized English skills in spoken and written form
