Establishment of a process management system
Systematic identification and documentation of business processes
Further development/optimization of business processes and process interfaces
with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing costs
Development of innovative business processes, with a focus on digitalization and the use of AI solutions
Project management for the implementation of process innovations, with particular responsibility for change management
Ongoing review and adaptation of processes

What we are looking for:
Qualification in the field of process management, business administration or similar
Experience in process management, project management and change management
Good communication and moderation skills
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
High affinity for innovative processes with AI solutions
Structured working style and problem-solving skills
