For customers from municipalities, industry, and commerce, e-con develops CO2-neutral energy concepts, sustainable and highly efficient heat supply systems that conserve resources and optimize energy costs, modern photovoltaic solutions, as well as full-service solutions for the establishment of charging infrastructures for electromobility.

In addition, e-con is a leader in the planning and implementation support of building technology systems with a comprehensive range of services: from basic analysis, through execution planning to support, optimization, and monitoring of implementation.

Responsibilities include creating energy concepts for commercial and industrial customers (energy supply, energy generation, e-mobility), designing and planning medium and low voltage switchgear systems, conducting electrical needs analysis and evaluation, conducting economic feasibility studies, planning, evaluating, and optimizing medium and large-scale projects, and creating project documentation according to performance phases.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Bachelor (m/f/d), Technician (m/f/d), Master (m/f/d), or System Planner (m/f/d) in the fields of energy technology and electrical engineering, or a comparable education, as well as organized, structured, and goal-oriented project management skills in the field of energy technology concepts for industrial and commercial customers.

Proficiency in MS Office, a strong ability to grasp new concepts, and an interest in learning about new topics are also required.
