We are a multi-speciality private dental office that is looking for an Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.We offer a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and 401k. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to join our amazing team in this hybrid role
Because of the very high level of care we achieve, the demands on the front desk are extremely high.
We require a lively, enthusiastic person that is creative and able to provide personalized care in a busy practice environment.
Solid customer service experience and a mature, calm demeanor are essential skills for this position.Responsibilities:
- Ultimately responsible for smooth and efficient patient flow
- Calling patients to confirm appointments
- Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments
- Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done.
- Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed.
